• reduced footprint saving approx. 6GB compared to 10.5
• ms exchange support for ical & addressbook
• quicktime X video editing

apparently, snow leopard (server & client) will be available as early as the end of this month and although no official pricing has been released it is expected to cost around $30 – $50.
